What a difference from a regular horizontal freezer to this upright position one! Loved! Plenty of space, really quick to freeze! In 5 hours was ready to move things from old freezer to this one!

So far so good but I’ve only owned it a month now. Adequate space for all my needs. Super cold on setting as i am using it as an extra freezer. The seal on this is super tight.

When our previous freezer died, we were pleased to find this one in stock at Best Buy. No waiting weeks and weeks for delivery like some of our friends have had to do recently when ordering new appliances.

My old freezer died when we had the long freeze and power outage last year. Looked for a long time to find an up right freezer that was frost free. This one is just big enough and works well in my garage

Like this freezer but would possibly love it if I had some paper work to explain some of the features. A quick step up guide is not much help. I can figure out how to put on a door handle and plug it in all by myself.

I’ve been extremely pleased with this freezer. It has been living in our garage and has been a great add to our home to help us stock up on game and groceries.

Good quality appliance for the price I paid..perfect size

This additional freezer helps me "save" when items go on sale. Shelving and lighting or both good + the bottom bins are good for holding awkward size items. Seal is so tight, the door is hard to open but that is a good thing. Nice product.

Not even two years old and top shelf freezes intermittently. Call for service? Forget about that: Best Buy won’t service it. Call a local appliance repair? Forget about that: they won’t work on it…why? Because it’s junk. So that’s $780 I’ll never get back. And I won’t buy from Best Buy either.

This is a freezer/refrigerator. You can either set it at 0* or at 35*. The shelves are glass and is not good for a freezer.When you have a frozen turkey, you can easily break the glass. I wish I would have waited for an actual freezer that I saw at the Yuma, Az Best Buy.

Delivery was on time and fridge was simple to level and install. Was down to temperature within 6 hours and no issues.

Excellent freezer/ refrigerator and very nice looking as well. We where having a had time finding a freezer anywhere and Best Buy came,through for us. The guys that delivered were very good to my family as well as being within the timeframe stated.

Perfect to use as storage for all my essential oils, tinctures, and kinds of buttes, and tinctures for my business. I like the glass shelves and there is plenty of storage on the door for all my jars.

Love this item! We needed tonupdate our refrigerator and this was the oerfect thing. We'll be getting a 2nd one at a later date to make a freezer

The freezer works well except the door opened suddenly while we were away causing so, except the door opened suddenly while we were away, causing some of the food to defrost.

Great freezer & great price…holds plenty & no more digging into a chest freezer anymore, everything is in plain sight. VERY SATISFIED
