Tons of space and a chime for when you don’t close it all the way. Nice features for a great price.

We only have a new one because Best Buy wouldn’t service the old one and would only replace it (perhaps a known issue? I’m not sure). Customer service was an extremely frustrating experience, everything is centralized and you can’t talk to any local stores via phone call anymore. When you call customer service no one seems to know what is going on and honestly sounds like they’re just reading off a script so they just were not helpful and I unfortunately had to call multiple times. We needed another freezer immediately and it took Best Buy over a month to deliver the replacement so we ended up having to spend $700 on another freezer (not from Best Buy).

I love this freezer, we have plenty of room. Super easy to set up. I would definitely purchase this again!

It gets pretty cold pretty quickly after for setting it up and the shelves are pretty sturdy
