We are using this as a freezer and it cooled down quickly and has maintained that temperature. I like the digital display on the outside so you can easily see what the temp is set to. It is very quiet when running.

However, the customer service I received on this purchase was complete garbage. The kid had no clue about anything to do with freezers. He then straight up lied about the date of delivery. I had to take a whole day of work off because of his lie, and I also had to pay the butcher extra money to store my beef. They really are trying to lose my business.
