This convertible freezer has been great for our garage situation and using it currently as an additional fridge and like it so much we have ordered a second one to use as a freezer to replace out hard to access freezer.

We purchase our Fridge/Freezer and we love it . It is very quiet, It has slot of space , and I love how you control your own temp from fridge to freezer. This is a must have!

We had a commercial freezer that was left to us by the original owners of our home that finally died after 15 years of homeownership. Rather than attempt to get it fixed, we decided to reinvest the money in this one. We already had one of these that we purchased in 2018 to replace the garage refrigerator, and we've never had a problem. I'm not sure we even have a significant scratch on it, despite the kids parking bikes and dropping sports equipment in front of it. I read a lot of the reviews online before we bought the newer model and I can attest, the seal on the door is very strong! Some might view that as a negative, but I think it clearly does a good job of retaining the energy so you don't waste money. We had no problems with freezing anything on any of the shelves (we've never used the other one as a freezer, so this was a first for us), which is something else I read. I was impressed with how fast everything froze. Overall, I'd clearly buy this again, since we've had success owing a very similar model for 7 years now. Lastly, I've never had a problem with the door handles, but it will be interesting to see if the newer one breaks given how tight the door seal is.

I recently purchased two of the Insignia 17 Cu. Ft. Garage Ready Convertible Upright Freezers in Stainless Steel. The units have definitely exceeded my expectations. I use them in my garage. They are very spacious and have ample shelving and drawers. They are very quiet and keep everything cool or frozen, depending upon your selection. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and flexible cooling/freezing option.

Very good purchase! Bought it for my garage. At first it was confusing on how to switch it from freezer to refrigerator and setting the right temperature but when you figured it out it’s amazing.

The refrigerator serves its purpose as a secondary refrigerator nicely. It is large since there is no freezer on top or the side, plenty of room to store soft drinks, watermelon, extra fruit, juice or meat until we need it. I hope we never need to find out, but the idea that it converts to a freezer is comforting should our new upright freezer die like our not so old one did last year. We should not have to loose food because we could switch this one over to freezer mode.

great freezer with lots of space. Delivery team did great work and took out the broken freezer all in under 10 minutes. Best buy ever.

SUPER quiet, it's in our bedroom and we dont' hear it. The one thing that we really don't like are the two drawers at the bottom. They will not hold any weight at all and are completely useless. They barely hold theri own weight.

Freezer works great plenty of room, love the size. It was delivered in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this freezer to family and friends.

This freezer is perfect for our needs. It fits in the garage and has a lot of storage space for food. It is a terrific buy!! Would recommend this yo my family snd friends. I don’t recommend products to anyone if I don’t 100% like the product.

I was unsure about this brand when I first noticed this freezer go on a really good sale. However, the price was too good to ignore so I bought it. I've had it for several months and it's going strong. It keeps everything frozen (major trouble in that area with my last freezer that was a couple years old). I love that the internal temp shows on the door. After my last freezer issues and food losses, it is comforting to keep an eye on the internal temp without opening the door!

We've had this refrigerator now for two years and it is a beast. It stays in a relatively warm storage area, but it keeps continually keeping everything cool and or frozen. Highly recommend!

Caught it on sale at the right time as our freezer was on the blink. We have had it a month so far and it has been all we were expecting. Delivery was on time and convenient. Very pleased with the product and the service to this point.

Nice clean design. Easy to adjust shelving and bins. Can select to use as a refrigerator or freezer. On door, external, temperature gauge and controls. Using as a freezer in the garage; garage rating adds insulation uses less energy. Totally please with the Insignia Best Best brand.

I fell in love with my this freezer that converts to a refrigerator it fits well in the garage we had a party this summer it came in handy for lots space for food also food and space for beverages on football night or game night with the fellas and Ladys.
