Purchased on Jan 30th this year and its July 11th and freezer is dead. Less the 6 months and i am throwing out over 800.00 in meat. Even if i am able to get freezer fixed or replaced, it less money then the food i threw away. Do yourself a favor and buy something quality. Very discouraged and disappointed customer!

The screen turned off and I am unable to change it back into refrigerator mode. I called customer service and they informed that I'd need to pay for service and that I'd need to bring it into the store to get it serviced. I live 3 minutes from a Best Buy, but they're unable to send anyone to my house. The fact that I'd pay for service on an appliance that died one year and 9 days after purchase is laughable. A refrigerator should last at minimum a decade. I would not recommend anyone buy an Insignia product given the support that I've received.
