    I bought this freezer in November 2023. Stopped working in April 2025. One year and five months later. I called to have the freezer serviced and I was told that it can’t be serviced by the geek squad and I was also told it is out of warranty so it cannot be serviced. I called an appliance repair company and they told me that they can’t parts for the freezer because it’s Best Buy exclusive appliance. I was on the phone with Best Buy for over two hours. So I couldn’t get the freezer service so I threw it out. Do not buy this freezer!!! Stay away!! Do not buy!!
