They unpacked the appliance from the box (awesome), and gladly tipped them for their service. The only thing I am a disappointed with is THEY DID NOT LEAVE THE OWNER'S MANUAL. They quick set up guide, yes. Owner's manual, no. I would like the owner's manual.

The seal's strength sometimes vary depending of the outside temperature, as the lower the temperature is inside causes the air inside to cause more suction. I'm sure with the time the seal will become easier to open. Better safe than sorry.

The handle on the bins at bottom are fragile when they are frozen, so one of the handle was already broken for me.

The freezer is operating perfectly. The refrigerator not so much. The temperature swings wildly, but probably average around 41 degrees, even though it is set for 35. The range has been 36 to 45. This is unsafe for many foods. Also the humidity inside is usually about 20 to 30 percent higher than the outside air. I have no idea how this is possible. I probably will call Insignia and perhaps have them look at this.
