    Quit working after 18 months in a heated garage. Contact Insignia they say they don't service after 1 year, Best buy wants me to bring the freezer back in for diagnostics or pay $150. I can understand if this were older, but I would expect an appliance to last more than 18 months. Absolute Joke customer service. Would not recommend buying this product or using Best Buy for appliances again.
