The frames of the shelf is very lightly built. Called for service from Best Buy. The service man comes out and says , sorry can’t get parts. Can”t help you. So I can only find the shelf online because the part is discontinued and i can maybe get the part in May This is a major section of the refrigerator that is now uselessly until maybe May. If I knew Best Buy would not be able to get psrts for this I would not have bought it. It works ok as a refrigerator I have not used it as a freezer but how flimsy the parts inside are I am sure I will not hsve it long. This is a second refrigerator so it doesnt even see much use. Disappointing purchase. And disappointed with Best Buy in this purchase.

They unpacked the appliance from the box (awesome), and gladly tipped them for their service. The only thing I am a disappointed with is THEY DID NOT LEAVE THE OWNER'S MANUAL. They quick set up guide, yes. Owner's manual, no. I would like the owner's manual.
