VERY DISAPPOINTED QUIT AFTER 5 WEEKS FULL OF MEAT!

Freezer was only 5 weeks old ! VERY disappointed in freezer and the huge loss and got NO help from Insignia on additional pay for the huge food loss from the freezer quitting ! I will NEVER buy any Insignia product again . NEW replacement freezer was delivered and i have 2 thermometers in it before i would even put anything in it . NO TRUST after this awful experience. Best Buy was the only help i got with a $300 toward loss but im still out $1,700 worth of meat. VERY VERY sorry i bought this freezer !

The seal's strength sometimes vary depending of the outside temperature, as the lower the temperature is inside causes the air inside to cause more suction. I'm sure with the time the seal will become easier to open. Better safe than sorry.

We’ve had for 1 yr and 1 month. (1 yr manufacturer warranty). Freezer just went out for no reason. We’ve had no issues for a year. Power is on but no way to get it cold. Best Buy will not do anything about it-even hung up on me. Theres no way to reach Insignia. There are no service techs wiling to work on Insignia brand! Im seeing ALOT of reviews with same problem. DO NOT BUY!!!!!
