So far so good. more space than old freezer. Love the light.

Do not know how to work refrigerator/freezer! The door is locked and beeping and at some time it unlocks and we have access at that time. We would recommend once we figure out how it works! Asked for instructions and were told to download it!

Works good. Easy setup. had to pickup and haul myself as no delivery.

When in Refrigerator mode, the lowest temperature setting only goes to 35 degrees... NOT nearly cold enough. The Freezer mode only warmest temperature goes to 10 degrees.

Worked great at first. Then is started not sealing and even coming open and doing a lot of strange beeping. I lost 2 freezers full of food. WARNING! If you buy a protection plan, be aware that it's under the 18 cubic feet limit for in-home repair. They will replace it but it is an ORDEAL! One representative told me I’d have to bring it back to the store!! After many phone calls, 8-10 transfers and a few hours of hold time, I finally got a nice and knowledgeable rep who sorted it out and got me a store credit. Now I have to find another freezer. Personally I think it would have been cheaper to fix it.

I got the 13 cft insignia delivered. It was dented on bottom. It was another week to get another. We then got 17 cft insignia was also dented on back side seen by delivery driver. We had dealt with this for 2 weeks. I went to best buy alot. But the service, all the phone calls and problems i will no longer get my appliances at Best buy. We were wanting to also buy fridge and stove. But we will look elsewhere.

put it in the garage and its a good deal..........

Got this same fridge/freezer twice, both times it didnt reach the temperature it was set to when set in fridge mode. Had to return it even though i loved the way it looked, but a fridge needs to keep food at a safe temperature and this one didn't. Set to 35 and would consistently be above 43F

Product looks good at delivery. Getting product delivered was a challenge. If it was a third party and not best buy employees. They were not prepared to get onto the military base and had to wait extra two weeks for delivery.

Nothing problems stop unplug it call the service person by the time they come out with plug it back in it’s working again they replace it part. It works a short time then it does it all over again right back at the same boat after the third trip of a service person.

Product wouldn't cool once I got it, tried everything I could to get them to repair it, replace it or come pick it up. I'm now returning it myself and have ordered a freezer from Lowes. Have always purchased from Best Buy, because of the lack of customer service probably never again.

The freezer appears well constructed. The door seals well ,and it reaches temperature quickly. We have had the freezer for only a week. It is too soon to rate an appliance on other than initial quality.

less space than an upright freezer that couldn’t be used as a fridge.but not many options when your freezer goes up during a pandemic. love the digital display on the front. i just took bottom drawers out to make more space

Good freezer but too expensive for all the dents and a broken divider on the glass shelf that was taped. I had to return and bout a new freezer.
