Please, Please don't buy this freezer. I have had it for less than 6 months. I have been purchasing meat weekly since I purchased this freezer. It has stopped working. I can get the freezer replaced, but the meat I will get no reimbursement for. This is one company that could care less about the hard-working people that purchase their products. So please don't waste your hard-earned money on a company that does not care about you.

freezer was delivered damaged. I called to get a replacement or even some sort of damage compensation. Unfortunately the girl I spoke with had broken English and asked me to call back when they had inventory... How am I supposed to know.....

I bought this freezer in November 2023. Stopped working in April 2025. One year and five months later.
I called to have the freezer serviced and I was told that it can’t be serviced by the geek squad and I was also told it is out of warranty so it cannot be serviced. I called an appliance repair company and they told me that they can’t parts for the freezer because it’s Best Buy exclusive appliance. I was on the phone with Best Buy for over two hours. So I couldn’t get the freezer service so I threw it out. Do not buy this freezer!!! Stay away!! Do not buy!!
