    The Absolute Worst ever....I cannot believe I bought this. The controls on the out side are digital and if they do Not want to work then you Loose every food product inside. Never again will I trust Best Buy!

    Thought it was great but there is now an error code E6 that apparently means it isnt cooling properly. I can not get any information from the company that makes it or from best buy.

    Best Buy Brand means nothing - no suport from best buy or the manufacturer. Very low quality shelves and doors. After 15 days it is 100% your problem.

    So Far So Good

    I choose this upright freezer after a new one I bought from Menards did not work. The one from Menards would not get down to the desire temp, so I have to return it and I bought this one instead after looking at reviews. I had this one delivered and the delivery guys did a good job getting it in and calling letting me know about 20 minutes before they get to my house. It's been about 2 months since I bought it. It is stored in the garage used as a freezer. So far so good. Plugged it in right away and everything works great, it got to it's desire temp in about a day. I like this one because it is a little wider and not taller than the Menards one. Time will tell how long it'll last, it is good so far and if I want to I can always change from freezer to fridge which is what I like.

    It’s a month old and it’s already not working. Fan isn’t blowing any cold air. I’ll see what happens after repairman comes. To be continued……

    Freezer works fine, but when going to fridge, can't hold temp of 40 degrees--creeps up to 48 degrees despite garage being at 50. Worthless as a fridge/freezer if it can't be 1/2 of it.

    The freezer was exactly as advertised. Seems to be a good value and was in stock. The only thing that I could complain about is that the door is sometimes hard to open.
