I can not get any information from the company that makes it or from best buy.

So Far So Good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I choose this upright freezer after a new one I bought from Menards did not work. The one from Menards would not get down to the desire temp, so I have to return it and I bought this one instead after looking at reviews. I had this one delivered and the delivery guys did a good job getting it in and calling letting me know about 20 minutes before they get to my house. It's been about 2 months since I bought it. It is stored in the garage used as a freezer. So far so good. Plugged it in right away and everything works great, it got to it's desire temp in about a day. I like this one because it is a little wider and not taller than the Menards one. Time will tell how long it'll last, it is good so far and if I want to I can always change from freezer to fridge which is what I like.

Worthless as a fridge/freezer if it can't be 1/2 of it.
