Getting product delivered was a challenge. If it was a third party and not best buy employees. They were not prepared to get onto the military base and had to wait extra two weeks for delivery.

I'm now returning it myself and have ordered a freezer from Lowes. Have always purchased from Best Buy, because of the lack of customer service probably never again.

The door seals well ,and it reaches temperature quickly. We have had the freezer for only a week. It is too soon to rate an appliance on other than initial quality.

We kept this inside for use as a second fridge, until it just stopped cooling. I was hoping for something simple and reliable, but just got "simple". This thing has very few controls. It also has a "ding" sound that happens every time you open the door. I never found a way to turn that off. Overall, I won't buy an appliance like this again.

It works a short time then it does it all over again right back at the same boat after the third trip of a service person.

She said the two delivery people were nice and social but at soon as they brought item inside they left rather abruptly/in an extreme hurry. She looked at unit and saw that it had damage on the right side. I tried to include photos but i couldn't add d/t them saying they were over 5mb each taken on a samsung camera phone. I would greatly appreciate someone from best buy contacting me immediately. I paid full price for this unit an am not pleased. If it was an open box or sold as OUTSIDE DAMAGED I would be ok with it!!

Had to return it even though i loved the way it looked, but a fridge needs to keep food at a safe temperature and this one didn't. Set to 35 and would consistently be above 43F
