So far its great. We had a freezer that quit and had to find one in stock and under $1000. I love the the led lighting inside and its quiet. Would buy it again.

Using as a freezerless refrigerator, so hard to find a refrigerator without a freezer. Glad this one converts to either freezer or refrigerator.... So far so good set to 37 degrees F.

We have now had the freezer for two months and so far it works great. It has good capacity and has been highly reliable in keeping things at temperature. The door seal is definitely tight to keep from accidentally remaining open and leading to thawing, but it can present a bit of a challenge in opening it if you are down to one hand.

VERY NICE FREEZER. MY ONLY CONCERN IS THAT THE SEAL IS SO TIGHT THAT I FEAR I MIGHT JERK THE HANDLE RIGHT OFF THE DOOR TO OPEN IT. WE WERE INFORMED UPON INSTALLATION THAT THIS WILL EASE WITH USE; IT'S BEEN A COUPLE OF WEEKS SINCE, AND IS STILL VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN. I DO BELIEVE A WEAK PERSON WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO OPEN IT. I WOULD RECOMMEND WITH THAT CAVEAT.

We needed an extra refrigerator for the garage. This unit was garage ready rated and the flexibility of setting it as a freezer or refrigerator is great. The controls on the front makes it very convenient to change and monitor temperature.

good value for the money - we just moved into a new house and the existing refrigerator was smaller than we needed but we didn't want to buy a brand new regular unit since it was only 2 years old. This Insignia fit the bill because we could put it in the garage which is right next to the kitchen.

Overall Insignia freezer is very good. It is spacious enough in capacity-wise, and it’s not so deep that you can easily see the stored items. This is also very quiet and frost free. One thing that needs improvement is the door opening, because it requires much power to open it and elderly people might find it hard to use this freezer. Otherwise I am very satisfied.

My old freezer went out. This one is the perfect size for my needs. I also didn't realize it will convert into a refrigerator. i have it well stocked for my use.

Shipping took a couple weeks but I didn't care. I was happy to get a freezer. Delivery was about 10 minutes earlier than expected but again, I didn't care. The delivery team unboxed the freezer, plugged it in, and removed all the packaging. I'm very pleased with the freezer. Ice cream is frozen and there's plenty of room for food. Very satisfied with the purchase.

We like it. Can be used as an extra refrigerator or freezer. Presently we are using as a refrigerator, we cook alot around the holidays and needed the extra space. Shelves can be moved to make more space and the has shelves for bottles.

This unit is ideal! It looks great and works like a charm. The inside is so roomy that I can fit just about anything! Though the order got a little confusing Best Buy made it right!

The Good: Runs quietly and the convertible capability is 'cool' but probably not going to be used other than freezer. The Bad: The seal on this unit is so strong that the unit moves when pulling the door. If the box is held in place, you can see the handle flex when pulling. Wow. The Ugly: The installers were very efficient but literally had it off the truck and running within minutes. Instructions say to let unit sit for two hours before turning on. Also, many small scratches on front surface. So, yeah....average for todays world...

We use it as a freezer. Works great, added benefit, it can be converted to a refrigerator

Love the space in this awesome freezer/fridge, freezes stuff very fast and well...so far very energy efficient, my electric bill went down from my last freezer. It also rolls in place very well with the wheels in the back of the unit.

Very nice freezer. Alot of space. There wont be any ice build up, taking up room either.

My second Insignia freezer. First is still working great. Needed more space. 2nd also works great and looks nice. Love the versatility of using as a freezer or fridge

I'm using this unit as a refrigerator, working out great! I wish the door shelves were a little wider. Runs quiet. Really happy with this purchase so far, having the extra frig space at Thanksgiving was awesome. Highly recommend.

I have enjoyed the usage of the refrigerator/with freezer. I love it’s Frost free convenience. The storage space is excellent. I am loving it.
