I called Best Buy for assistance because the user manual is not clear. Instead of answering basic questions, they tried to SELL ME A WARRANTY. When I pointed out that this is not the right time to solicit additional products, they tried to sell me ANOTHER product -- a Geek Squad service contract. Their staff do not provide support for customers. I was not able to obtain assistance for the product I just purchased.

So far, it is working how it is supposed to. We have little kids and now they are able to open it and get ice cream or help us get food from the freezer. The alarm is not too loud but does help for those times when the kids don’t close the door all the way.

The first one last year as just a frig and the other one we just purchased again as a freezer in the garage. Working out fantastic. Perfect amount of space for a family of 4. The doors suction close a little more then they need too making it a bit of a struggle to open but overall great frig and freezer

I purchased this freezer just 4 weeks ago. These items were found broken when I unpackaged the freezer. The packaging did NOT shown any damage, it was not beat up at all, but still broken inside.
