    Lasted 2 years. Complete junk. Was hoping for a longer lasting product. Purchased mid 2022, for $872 when prices were high. Went out lastnight and i lost about $500 in various meat. Definitely get an extended warranty if you decide to purchase this cheap product

    Several issues. First the door gets hard to open at times. I had this unit at freezer mode lasted 2 years then suddenly had noises and compressor gave out. 500 in food bad and broken compressor within 2 years not funny im done with best buy.

    Warranty sucks

    Bought the freezer 4 months ago and it has started forming ice in the right corner. There is no service available under warranty. I like the freezer, but the warranty sucks. I would not buy anything from Best Buy.

    Built to Fail

    It worked great until it didn't work at all. I like everything about it except that its only built to last a few years. Mine didn't make it to 5 years. Geek squad wants almost $300 just to look at it. I guess ill go with name brand from a different company next time.

    Arrived damaged. 6 months for replacement

    It arrived damaged, the delivery people took it back with them. Bulest vut called and offered me $50 BB gift card cause it can't be rescheduled for 6 months..... I can buy it on the BB website right now and have it delivered in 6 days. But they cant do anything for 6 months?!?!?!?!?!?!

    Purchased this refrigerator 3 years ago, was great while it lasted. Be aware if it breaks down Best Buy considers this brand no repairable. Tried having it repaired by a different company and they stated the same.

    crappy freezer

    Purchased this freezer to upgrade and thought it was a good appliance. Purchaced it November 2022 and is noe December 2023 and the freezer will not cool below 28 degrees. Call Best Buy and got the run around and said they were back loged. Unfortunately we have $3000.00 of meat in the freezer and can't take the chance of losing it, so have to get another freezer.

    Bad compressor

    Was happy with the fridge, which I bought in Aug 2019, until it started blowing warm air. Had a repairman come out who diagnosed it with seized compressor. Called Insignia help line and they basically told me it was out of warranty and to call a repairman. For the cost of the fridge, it needs to last longer than 3 years.

    It is nice looking and worked great for 30 months, compressor failed and was informed that without an extended warranty it is a throw away item. Parts are not available from any source I could find. If you purchase I would recommend an extended warrenty, if it fails you would get it replaced with a new one.! DJ

    The 1st one received was damaged. My Christmas Present to my son. Then the 2nd delivery was damaged too. The 3rd time was apparently acceptable.

    Expensive junk

    We purchased this freezer in 2020. Our freezer of 15 years had died. Of course Covid was affecting everything. We needed a freezer ASAP. Today, August 18, 2023, this freezer died. 3 years. That's it? That's all we get out of an $800 purchase.

    I would not recommend. First one leaked water on the floor. The next one after best buy sent the replacement almost ruined all my frozen foods as the 1st 2 shelves ddint freeze.

    Something is going on with the frig setting. I can get it set to 35 degrees on the outside setting but it will on truly go down to 40-41 degrees. Not executable.
