The only issue is that it is hard to open. You have to hold the freezer in order to open the door, but otherwise would highly recommend it.

The interior looks to be put together well, low on the noise level, like the placement of display easy to see its operational.

Love the alarm when when you leave the door open too long. Don't like the hinge system which allows door to stay open if you don't close it hard enough. Everything else works great and is easy to use.

Called in an it took forever to get appt. She said it cost $90 for a service call. Took 3 weeks to get appt. Guy arrived, diagnosed the problem all very good. Bill was $125 not $90. with tax $135. Should have been $98. For that reason I would not buy Insignia again.
