Unfortunately after less than a year using it, Insignia decided to discontinue the application without providing any alternatives for users to continue remote controling the fridge. After calling their (best buy/insignia) customer service multiple times, I was informed that a gift card was sent to emails on file (which I never received it) and there was nothing else that could be done given that deadline for submitting a claim had been expired. Unacceptable from a Best Buy brand. Will never ever purchase products from such brand again.

I have used it as a refrigerator for the last 3 years, it served its purpose until the high temperature alert keeps beeping and most of the food got spoiled. The coils in the back are clean. Don’t know what to do
