Excellent freezer just perfect size for a family of two.

Great freezer! Would buy again. Haven’t tried the fridge part, but the freezer is great.

Nice unit. Not really a problem but an aggravation, its so light weight, you have to anchor it to break the vacuum seal and open the door.

This product meets our needs. Easy to use/set up by Best Buy delivery guys.

Love it. Wish it could have been a little bigger but There were no other ones in stock.

Upon receipt, the refrigerator did not start, they had to send a new one. after 14 months it stopped working. Bestbuy will not repair it because it is out of warranty and I cannot find an authorized repair service in my area. Don't buy store brands!

Good product - fast, efficient delivery...........

Looking to purchase this item but dsnt tell if its a freezer or fridge by the stock photos. The photos show items like soda and carbonated beverages and freah food arranged as though it is a fridge. It is confusing because you cant freeze soda and certain foods.

This unit quit working 2 years and 2 months after purchasing. After attempting to schedule a service call thru Best Buy and was told by 3 different people that it is considered a small appliance and to bring it to the store for serve. After loading it into a truck and taking it to the store, I was informed by the manager that unless it is in manufacturer's warranty or a Best Buy extended warranty that they do not service the product. So no support for their store brand unless you spent the extra money for an extended warranty. I am now out approximately $1900 ($900 on the appliance and $1000 for the food that went bad) all because the unit quit working after 2 years. I originally purchased it to replace a 40-year-old unit that went out. This is completely unacceptable!

I will update this after I've had the freezer for more than a few hours, but I have to wonder why the manufacturer went through all the trouble of putting a digital display on the door that DOES NOT show the current temp? I set the temp ONCE. DONE. I would like to see the current temp ALL THE TIME. What a waste of a digital display.

Save your money. I have had this for only 2 years and just paid a service fee to find out that this was never designed to have a cooling fan. The repairman had never seen a fridge or freezer that did not have one. Apparently mine has overheated enough that I need a new compressor. However, that does not address the design flaw and I was told I would probably face the same issue again. In addition, if you plan on using as a freezer, take care for the shelves. They are not at all strong. In fact if you look at the bottom shelf, you will notice the glass doesn’t even sit properly on the shelf. I developed a crack in the flimsy plastic frame early on as a result.

Ordered online, picked up at Distribution Center, and set up myself. Worked well straight out of the packing. Worked great for two years and two months. Then without any warning it stopped working and we lost $500+ of food. When it failed, it would not work as a freezer or even as a refrigerator. Freezers offer work 10, 15, or 20 years, so it was very disappointing. Please be aware that it may not last very long.

Best Buy brand is code for it is your problem when shoddy workmanship shows out. Manufacturer support is non existent. Flagship brand and the company response is u only have 15 days to return or complain.

product is ok. Service after the purchase was terrible. I tried to call the number for the local store and was routed to a call line and was told I can't call the local store. Bad service.

Only lasted 3 years. Lost an entire freezer full of meat.
