So far it is exactly what I wanted. Plenty of room and doesn't take up to much space. I like that you change the settings and turn it into a refrigerator.

I love this unit. I use it as a fridge since I already have a chest freezer. It looks nice, feels nice and has F/C modes which my EU wife appreciates. With that said it does have its quarks, the handle will get loose every one in a while (had to break out the allen set twice in two years), the suction on the door is massive, which you'd think is a good thing but this unit is on wheels so if you don't push against it while pulling on the door you'll end up pulling it around your kitchen. This is something I've gotten use to and can manage without thinking about it, but it still trips up guests. And lastly the shelves appear to be not level, I haven't taken out a level to verify but juice bottles will fit under the bottom shelf on the right side but not the left; solid 1/4" difference in height.

I recently purchased two of the Insignia 17 Cu. Ft. Garage Ready Convertible Upright Freezers in Stainless Steel. The units have definitely exceeded my expectations. I use them in my garage. They are very spacious and have ample shelving and drawers. They are very quiet and keep everything cool or frozen, depending upon your selection. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and flexible cooling/freezing option.

This was a great value. We bought for our garage. We bought one for a freezer and one for a fridge. The controls are easy to use the quality was on par with higher priced units and the delivery was top notch. We live 2 hours away from closest best buy and although the delivery always not free it was totally worth the money. We are super satisfied with the purchase we have yet to see on the longevity but are not expecting any issues..

Wanted a large upright freezer to stockpile for wave 2. Was able to order this one. Great choice. Lots of space. Quiet. Runs very cold. Love the blast cool feature. This one is a keeper. Only comment is the door seals so well closed, that it's hard to open. But I prefer that to the door seal leaking cold air...

I really like this freezer. Easy to organize & I like the size. Having a freezer saves me a ton of money. I am able buy on sale and freeze. I use my meal sealer. Highly recommend getting garage ready. The sale staff was very helpful. Delivery was smooth. The only thing i didn't like was I couldn't call thecstore to talk to the sales people. They no longer have a number to call them. I found that to be frustrating because I needed help with dimensions several times. One time I had to drive to the store to get the help.

I am very happy with this freezer purchase so far. Very roomy inside with many places to put food both inside and on the door. Quiet running, and can be run as a freezer or refrigerator.

This purchase was one i had been dragging my feet on but im so glad i chose this item, because its allost perfect pleanty of space and keeps everything good and cold.. the only thing i would like is that they make it easier to open the door its hard to open with just one hand.. the whole refrigerator moves if you try with one hand.. but over all this was an awesome purchase would definitely recommend to anyone looking for extra space or just a garage refrigerator.. run go get one!
