Absolutely thrilled with this freezer! My old freeze died and we lost so much food. This freezer holds more and works so much better that I thought it would. There is so much space. We love it!

Very pleased with Best Buy’s brand Insignia 2 in 1 convertible refrigerator/freezer. Love the space it provides, nice wide shelves and clean, bright interior lighting. Will buy another one to use as a freezer when our chest freezer needs replacement.

This is a great freezer. For the price we got it, its handled its fair share in the garage. It fits a lot of items and also super power efficient.

I absolutely love this freezer. I bought it on line and had it delivered. The gentlemen that brought it out were great and answered all my questions. I could not have asked for a better product or better service.

I was surprised that the freezer I bought could also serve as a refrigerator. The door fits with a vacuum sort of seal; no way it's coming open via accident Nice and cold at the recommended setting. Quiet.

I got this fridge as a backup in my garage as I storage a lot of milk & veggies & I am happy that it meets my needs. It is fairly large & I can fit a lot in it when needed. The cool thing is that I can convert it into a freezer, I have a deep freezer and I'm hoping for it to die sometime so I can get this instead! :)

This has been a great addition for buying items on sale in bulk. I’m thinking about buying another, slightly smaller so I have just the refrigerator function for extra storage space

We purchased this freezer 1 month back. So far it is working great, it freezes stuff pretty fast and holds the temperature well. Happy with the purchase!

We were considering a chest freezer and an upright freezer. We went with the upright freezer just because it's better than bending over and digging things out of a chest freezer. Insignia is a Best Buy brand and well worth it. It was cheaper than other brand models and what we really liked about this is the the digital panel on the door. We can have this as a freezer or refrigerator. Best Buy associate was great in showing us different brands and this is what we decided on. Very happy with purchase.

Got half a cow and this freezer is more than enough space to store the meat. Easy temp control is on outside of the door so makes it easy to set without door open. Great thing is I can change it over to be a fridge when I get down to last few pieces of meat and safety thaw out in fridge temps.

The freezer is pretty spacious. Only wish the trays in the door were a little wider. Other than that I am very pleased with it

Fantastic freezer. Have not switched it to refrigerator mode so I can't comment on that. Large capacity and a quiet running unit. You can digitally set the temperature on the door display. Highly recommended.

I use it as an extra freezer in my garage. There is a lot of room in it. Very happy with my purchase.

Love the fact I can switch between a refrigerator to a freezer and back with a flick of a switch. This is a great item for my man cave, beer and snacks during the off season. Venison and or duck during hunting season, Love the idea when I open the door, it tells me the internal temperature. This is my second one as I lost the first due to flooding from Imelda.

Good afternoon My experience with the customer service and excellent the one I dealt with, but my satisfaction is with the fridge that the one I bought in March 20 22 and display was giving me six code when I contacted the customer service they gave me a part number to purchase when I try to purchase the part number they said it’s no longer available I was not happy with that especially when I bought two unit I use as a fridge and one as a freezer so I ended buying a complete whole unit to replace the old unit. Bring it to your attention. Thank you.

The freezer works quite well, stays cold. The only con I noticed is that it may work too well, the seal on the door is incredible which makes it hard to open the door without moving the whole unit. I had to put non slip pads under the feet to stop it and that seemed to work. Overall solid unit so far.

Love this flexible and reliable garage refrigerator! Just the right size, and it can be switched from refrigerator to freezer if needed. This is our second purchase of this product, could not be more pleased.

I love love love this product! It was the exact dose I neeed and It is a great product for the price. love being able to use it as a fridge or freezer as my need fits. I shopped everywhere and this was the best deal. Not to mention- it looks great as well!

Love this fridge/ freezer. It is perfect size for 2nd fridge. Great for beverages or overflow food.

Amazing so far. Easy setup & it cooled off quickly. A great value compared to other big branded freezers. Bonus, it has upgraded features I didn’t think I needed. I did want the bigger one because we moved to the country but none available in the state. This one is actually pretty spacious & fit through the garage door without tipping it. I might use some plastic bins to organize. I’m happy with my purchase.
