This has been a godsend. Not only does it have ample space but it runs like a dream. Very satisfied with my purchase and even more impressed with the Best Buy delivery service.

Good size garage freezer, especially for the price. It got down to temperature quickly and has had no issues holding the temp. Plenty of room and shelving.

Lots of room. Plenty of shelf room. Door shelves are roomy. Didnt take long to get cold enough to add food. Love that it can also switch to a fridge.

We purchased 2 and we like that it can be used for refrigerator or freezer. We needed more space and we goi it. You are not able to change which side the door opens from.

We've had this for a few weeks now and couldn't be happier. This thing is huge! We have only filled it about half way, so if you like to buy up meat when on sale or regularly fish and hunt you won't be disappointed buy the amount of room. My only complaint is...why not either make a reversible door or manufacture one with a handle on the right side so you could have a side by side option. If Best Buy did that, I'd be buying a second one.

So glad for this option during pandemic times! Cannot find standard refrigerator/freezer that I wanted, so was very happy this exists. I already had a giant freezer, so I am using the refrigerator setting. My only concern is that the temperatures are pre-set. The label on the outside just shows what it is set for, not what it actually is. So I had to buy a thermometer. Also, it is rather difficult to get the buttons to activate to change. Eventually I got it to work. But overall, it is working fine, except shelves are not tall enough for wine bottles.

This large freezer holds an enormous amount of frozen food. After purchasing, the item arrived quickly, with full set up and support from Best Buy. The tech even conducted a quick how-to class, to demonstrate the product features. Soon after purchasing, we received a very large order from our meat processor, half a full grown steer, and a whole hog. All of the meat, easily 500lbs fit neatly into the freezer. The door seals very tightly on this unit, a great feature that eliminates frost problems. So far I would highly recommend this Insignia freezer.

We love this refrigerator, so much more room than our old one. Having the ice maker in the bottom instead of the door makes a huge difference. Very quiet and I like having the flex drawer.

all is good at the deilvery the door on the freezer still needs to be replaced with the big scratch

I love how you could control the temperature, the rack options, I could fit in a my prepared soups and meals and also very easy to pull out because of the partitions

We could not be happier with our purchase. We bought this to use as an extra freezer placed in our garage. We have a Sub Zero fridge freezer in the house and a GE refrigerator with a freezer top in the garage but found both freezer sections to be packed all the time to the point we could not see what was in them and things were forgotten and spoiled. We now have plenty of freezer space and everything is easily visible and accessible. The freezer keeps temperature well (tested with high end digital thermometer) and the antifrost works well. It has a tight seal when closed. Quality of the build seems excellent.

The Freezer was easy to set up and get ready to use. I like the informational panel on the ground door so as I walk by it I know everything is ok. It has enough room to store all my harvested animals and fish. Very pleased with my purchase

The freezer/refrigerator was purchased to replace an old Tappan unit which failed. This unit is very quiet and quickly acquired a very cold temperature. We are using it as a freezer and were pleased to learn that it can easily be used as a spare refrigerator. The interior light is a feature we also were surprised to find and greatly appreciate the thought that went into its design. The automatic lock feature is something that we were not looking for but is yet another special touch incorporated by someone who cares. All in all, we happily give this unit 5 stars and recommend it to those planning ahead.
