Had this product for +6 months now, this deep freezer is garage kept and as advertised, an overall great quality product. In Mississippi we have brutal heat and humidity but the freezer has held up well.

I purchased 2 of these Upright Freezer/Refridgerators. One is a refridgerator and the other is a freezer. These are both in my garage and have been solid since I purchased them. I have not had them long enough to see how they perform in the summer but with them being in a insulated garage, I would expect that they will be just fine. If not, I will update this review.

Only had this for a month. Using it as a freezer. It works well. Everything is definitely very frozen. The door needs to be pushed closed completely, however, if for some reason you don’t close it completely, it will ding constantly until you figure out where the dinging is coming from and close it (annoying but great feature). I would recommend it. It’s got a clean appearance and the spacious room inside holds a lot of things of different shapes and sizes.

Bought this freezer for its features and reasonable price. It was quickly and efficiently installed by Best Buy employees. It cooled down very quickly and we were able to put our frozen food in it within just a couple of hours. They removed the box and packing with they left.

So far so good ...been about a month but - it's more roomy than the fridgidare that was actually bigger, can tell it is a much better unit.. Solid.

Love my French door refrigerator. Easy for larger dishes and easy to clean

I bought this as a garage freezer. So far it has performed flawlessly. My wife finds it a little difficult to open the door. It takes a bit of a tug to get it open. I wish the shelves we’re adjustable, but the arrangement works ok. I put items in cardboard boxes on the shelves so they don’t all slide out when the door is opened. The shelves are glass. Would be better if they were made of a metal mesh, but since this can be used as a refrigerator as well, the shelves are acceptable.

We really enjoy having the option to choose between refrigerator and freezer for this unit. Gives us flexibility during parties, and family get togethers. We keep it in our garage and have had no problems with it been 1.5 years since purchase.

Soooo. I have soooo much room and in love with the fact it can convert between a deep freezer or a large fridge!!!!!!

Have only had this for about 2 weeks - so far so good. Delivery was Great! seems to be working find no problems at all.

Good afternoon My experience with the customer service and excellent the one I dealt with, but my satisfaction is with the fridge that the one I bought in March 20 22 and display was giving me six code when I contacted the customer service they gave me a part number to purchase when I try to purchase the part number they said it’s no longer available I was not happy with that especially when I bought two unit I use as a fridge and one as a freezer so I ended buying a complete whole unit to replace the old unit. Bring it to your attention. Thank you.

I have already done the homework on freezers for you, so look no further, this "is" the freezer. Nice looks, nice interior, nice lighting, and best of all the best price! This is actually manufactured by Haier and Chinese company (as where most appliances are made). Haier manufactures all GE appliances which are generally well made and rated. Put the GE and Insignia next to each other and they will look identical, the only difference is you will pay way more for a GE appliance. I have only had this freezer now for a month or so and it works as advertised. Any issues that come up in the future I'll be sure to update this review

Perfect size freezer for the Garage with an outside display thermometer on the door. Can regulate the temperature to be used as a Freezer or Refrigerator

Awesome great space I bought two of them one to be a freezer and one to be a refrigerator I love it it's awesome it's better than a 29 cubic foot LG refrigerator that I got rid of for those two perfect

Purchased this freezer to replace our 20 year old upright, and it is a welcome upgrade. The interior light, door alarm, pull out bins, are good features to have. We did not look for a convertible unit, but it may be something we didn't know we needed at some point in the future. There have been other reviews about how difficult it is to open due to how well it seals, but we see that as a positive in that it keeps the cold in, and makes it difficult for the little ones to get into.

This is a good product for a 2nd (back-up) refrigerator or freezer. Be aware this is not a combination refrigerator and freezer, it only offers one mode. There is one temperature setting for the entire unit, so it becomes either a stand alone frig or freezer. One downside is the door shelves are quite small. They will not hold anything larger than a quart sized container of milk, and the shelf height is not adjustable. Would give this unit 3.5 stars if had that option.

This is the perfect solution for freezer needs now and for refrigerator need in the future. Lots of room, easy to operate.

The option of making it a freezer or fridge is unbeatable. Plenty of room inside and sharp looking on the outside.
