The Convertible Fridge/Freezer is Good So far, however I was only a bit upset with the fact that I had purchased/paid for a Brand New one, however the one I received had a scratch on it. I didn’t bother to get it replaced because its not a major dent and not worth the time I would‘ve spent calling the Customer Service team to get it replaced (which I’m sure I would’ve had to make atleast a few calls back and forth). Other than that, the Freezer is doing its Job well so far!

Using as a freezer in my garage it performs as expected and keeps the food at a consistently cold temperature with plenty of space.

Very tight seal on the door. I have it in my garage and it’s holding temperature exceptionally well in the heat of the summer. It also looks nice.

Really cool standup freezer/fridge Lots of space and simple to use. Just make sure to not block the cold air vents on the first 3 layers if using freezer mode.

My old 20 year old freezer went up the week of the Christmas holiday season. This freezer was delivered before the New Year and is exactly what our family needs.

I love it! It meets all of my family needs. I also like that it is a conversion so I can have freezer space or refrigerator space. It's much easier to get in and out of than the chest freezer I had before.

Great looking and it is really good with keeping a constant temp while in the garage. It seals tight and takes a little pull to get it open but after a short time it becomes routine. A great but.

This upright freezer right here is sure convenient. It’s convertible fridge to freezer vise versa. Worked out fine for spacious food storage for my family. I am very pleased that it’s also easy to move around.

the Convertible Fridge/Freezer allows for easy access to stored items so you do not have to dig down and get said items out nor having to move things out of the way to get to something buried deep.

I really am very happy, it has plenty of room and well designed. Easy to clean also an the beep saves u when u leave door open by accident

Very pleased with Best Buy’s brand Insignia 2 in 1 convertible refrigerator/freezer. Love the space it provides, nice wide shelves and clean, bright interior lighting. Will buy another one to use as a freezer when our chest freezer needs replacement.

Very nice freezer that keeps cold what needs to be cold. Controls are easy to use and far more useful than the "Low, Medium, High" some others have this can be adjusted in 1 degree increments. It does indeed function well in a hot environment. Ability to change between freezer and refrigerator gives great versatility. An improvement would be some sort of locking feet. While opening the door the entire freezer moved until it hit the wall. Had to put in a piece of wood at the bottom to keep the freezer in place while opening the door.

I am very pleased with this appliance, for the larger space & the frost-free nature of it. It allowed me to increase my freezer space by 4 cu. ft. & is far better lit & organized for controlling storage of various food items. It is a bit difficult to open at times, because of the nature of cold containment seals, but I just have to wait a few minutes for the seal to release.

Amazing freezer! I love that it's upright. It holds so much and I can find what I'm looking for. I can't believe I survived without a freezer. This makes life so much easier.

absolutely great product I have 2 of them one is working as a freezer one is working as a frig both work great and can convert either of them at any time as needed would recommend them to any one. have already recommended to my family.

So happy we went with this mode. The insignia looks sharp and the ability to switch from a freezer to a refrigerator is soooo helpful, especially during the holidays when you need that extra refrigerator space.

This is the best purchase I have ever had. I am so thankful that I came to Best Buy love my freezer and refrigerator. Everyone that comes in here tells me that is great thank you so much ! It took us a long time to find this freezer, but we could not be anymore happier with it! The size is amazing and easily installed in our garage. It cooled down very quickly and less then 24 hours after plugging in we were well on our way to filling it up. We did purchase a few freeze baskets to use in organizing since the space on each shelf is so large. The shelves on the door are perfect for frozen microwave meals. Greatly appreciate the display on front of door so I do t have to open it to make sure all was cooling and working correctly those first few weeks.

While we haven't had the freezer for long, we couldn't be happier! Delivery was prompt as promised, set up was a breeze and this new freezer is living up to our expectations. We've wanted to purchase one for quite some time, and the size & roominess will allow us to plan ahead and easily find what we're looking for. We look forward to utilizing this wonderful addition to our household for many years to come!

Nice and roomy. Temps are constant. This is one appliance that i dont have to woory about. Love the fact that it's convertible from freezer to fridge. Gonna buy another for use as a fridge in the garage. Ill have a matching set.
