Have had for 30 day, plugged in as a freezer and loaded up the unit within a 12 hour period. Ice cubes in less than an hour. Seems to be functioning well.

The only con I noticed is that it may work too well, the seal on the door is incredible which makes it hard to open the door without moving the whole unit. I had to put non slip pads under the feet to stop it and that seemed to work. Overall solid unit so far.

I was apprehensive about this convertible freezer, but it’s been great. I had met all my expectations!

I have it in my house and have no problem with it being loud. I also like the control panel on the outside of the door

It is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a refrigerator where I could fit trays of food when entertaining. It serves the purpose perfectly.

Plenty of room and light is nice any bright, it will probably always be used as a freezer, but every cool that it has the option to change to a refrigerator!

I bought two 17 cu ft for another building of mine. They will be delivered Aug 1st because of new construction. One will be a freezer and one a refrigerator.

Display temp, quick freeze option and door open alarm (just in case the kids do not close the door all the way) and you can adjust the temp. Our last freezer went bad and we didn't notice it until we saw a small puddle of water. This unit will at least give you a heads up before your food goes bad. I would recommend any unit that has a display at this point. avoid the basic freezers. Consider it more of a safety net.

The aluminum color I love because of the shade which is not high gloss.Inside door and shelving is very spacious. It fits perfectly in the garage...with all features that alert if something is wrong. I love it.

None were in stock at other stores. Then I went to Best Buy. They didn't have exactly what I wanted but they ordered it on the spot and I only waited a few days. The delivery and set up was exceptional. I'll shop here again!

Very simple shelving which is a little too plain, but what should one expect for the price. I just hope it doesn't fail to run for about 7-9 years. If it lasts that long, it's an amazing deal. Overall, so far, extremely pleased.

We use as a freezer, and are very happy with the unit. The fact that it can be used as either a freezer or refrigerator is an added benefit.
