My new purchase was put through a test within the 1st week. There was a 12 hour power shortage and all the food was still frozen solid. Amazing!!!!!

The idea that it can also function as a refrigerator was the deal sealer. What a concept! The setup instructions were straightforward and easy to understand. It runs very quietly and it presents well. The delivery team was pleasant and courteous and even called the next day to make sure everything was as it should be. Very nice! That's true Customer service. Thank you very much!

We decided to use the 13.8 Cu Ft version as a refrigerator in our garage and purchased the 17 Cu Ft version as a freezer for our garage. We love that they are convertible. So far they work perfect!

Runs smoother and does the job perfectly. The difference between this and the bosch is just that the bosch had drawers and this just comes with a shelves.
