Really nice freeer. Holds a lot of food in an organized way.

I have wanted an additional refrigerator for a long time, when I found this one I was sold. I do a lot of baking during the holidays and am needing room for cookie sheets in the fridge. Now I can can have a fridge when I need it and when I don't I can switch it to a freezer. I have the best of both worlds! Best money I have ever spent.

Seems to work well. Keeps ice cream frozen. Doesn't mind being in the hot garage. I don't hang out in the garage but it seems to be quiet.

We had a space where we could fit an upright freezer but were not looking to spend a ton and liked the fact that this could be used as a fridge or freezer though we will likely always keep it on freeze. It cools very well although it may not be the most energy efficient nor the quietest, it is in the corner of our kitchen so the noise level is certainly NOT a problem. We love the bright lights inside which make it very easy to find what we are looking for or even just to check what we have available. Having had past experience with chest freezers we have found accessibility of it's contents is much easier in this upright which also will enable us to rotate product with ease to prevent food from sitting at the back or bottom and not being utilized. In short ... we love it and are very happy with the purchase and now have plenty of additional freezer space to compliment our side by side.

The freezer is beautiful and spacious. I love the alarm on it because I have teenagers who will leave the freezer open. I recommend this freezer to anyone

Purchased one a couple of months ago as freezer, was very happy with it, so I got this one as a refrigerator. Works good as a matching set. Just wish the door could be reversed. But still works good.

Love our new upright freezer. This is replacing a chest freezer. No more digging around for what I’m looking for because it’s so easy to see and access everything. Plenty of room for family of 4 at home.

I Love Love Love this deep freezer and being able to convert it to a refrigerator is a plus as well, I love not having to bend over and dig into the deep freezer anymore.

This fridge/freezer is BIG. Because it's an upright, it's better to get a larger cubic storage unit, but be sure to verify the dimensions before purchasing. Shelves are spacious and deep, and the door storage comes in handy.

This is the impotant part of my review. The freezer was delivered early. Jordan, the lead on the delivery team had called the day before to give me a time, and when they were on their way he called again. They were very personable and informative. They set up the freezer and then removed the 53 year old freezer from the basement. I never heard anything that sounded like a complaint about doing their job. I have decided this is the new norm when you have a delivery. Best Buy needs to give these 2 guys a raise. The were happy with Best Buy and only had good things to say about their employer. If the freezer works as good as these two young men, I will be very happy.

Keeps it frozen, decent spacing on the shelves and in the door. Drawers are a bit tight for my needs, but an over all good high functioning freezer. Very well lit and good visibility inside.
