Already purchased two slightly smaller units for our son's home and love them. Convertible is the only way to go. This one is larger and in garage. It's perfect.

Very spacious and convenient. I love that I can switch it from cooler to refrigerator as needed . I give it a 5 star.

The freezer is well designed.. the drawers in the bottom are a nice edition. Item was in stock. Saved all the food from The old freezer. The difference from thebold freezer is amazing

So far so good. Plenty of room for an extra fridge. Old unit couldn’t handle the basement. Hope this one does a better job! Like the option to go freezer if needed!

I love the freezer as it will hold all my frozen food. It's large enough for what I need. It's keeping the right temperature too. It's not too noisy as i forget it's in our garage. It's also has a really tight seal on the door. I also like that it has 2 small drawers to keep smaller items.

The most bang for your buck. It fits a lot of items and does what it needs to do.

Control outside the door is nice. Other than that it's a freezer and it keeps things cold. What more can you ask for??

This was a little tricky to rate. We love the freezer/frid but it took 3 tries to get one that didnt have anything wrong. Best Buy was pretty good at getting the new one(s) to us pretty much without question. It just took a little patience waiting while my house was disorganized to provide the "path" to get it in. Luckily we have a garage frig which I was able to stuff all the important things in while we waited. Which wasnt too hard since we had some food go bad. Which brings me to another point... if you have the protection make sure you keep food receipts or you are screwed on getting any money back for that. It has lots of space. It has a little less in the way of drawers/shelves as far as a frig application goes but comparatively more if you are using it for for a freezer. It is really easy to switch between the two. The door alarm is great but does not work if the door is barely cracked.. which is what happened to our first one. So we didnt know it was open and that is why the food went bad. The door is a little hard to keep clean. So if you have little ones expect to be cleaning it a lot. It does look very nice when it is clean though. We have ours in the kitchen and it looks great. With all that being said, it functions as it should keeping the food cold as far as the internal components. Our issue was with the bushing on door on the first one and what looked like a fork lift incident on the second one. So far the last one seems to look and function good.

This size freezer is perfect for my family of 5. I love the option to change the temperature to our desired needs.

Great customer service from the team up in Duluth, MN. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out when my 30+ year freezer died and I needed a fix right then and there.

This freezer seems to be terrific so far. It has a lot more space than I expected and the shelves are sturdy with plenty of storage.

The freezer is pretty spacious. Only wish the trays in the door were a little wider. Other than that I am very pleased with it

Great freezer and at a low price. Bright light inside. Temperature indicator/set on the exterior side of the door. Door seal is very good. I’d buy a second one if I had the space. Delivery crew did an excellent job of leveling and setting up the freezer.

After our other freezer died, we purchased this one. It is smaller that our other one but we love it. It closes with a tight seal and will display the temperature on the outside of the door every time you open it. It can be switched between freezer and refrigerator with the temperature control

I think this freezer was a good choice, we find it very roomy and well lit. The inside lay out make it easy to find items. The price wasn’t great but affordable.

Exactly what I needed. A nice wide freezer for stocking my frozen goods. Fits well in the garage and works great! No complaints, dings or dents.
