We love the convertible freezer/refrigerator. We are using it as a freezer and it works great. It was delivered with one of the drawers broken and they couldn't replace the drawer without swapping out the whole unit so we just took a credit for the cost of the drawer.

Wr had eccellent customer service with our purchase! They went with other options too and it was a wonderful experience! Our freezer is work good and we are happy with it!

This freezer has exceeded our expectations. We got it on sale at a great price and it is outperforming our previous freezer. We have more storage than before and paid less for this one. I highly recommend this freezer which can be converted to a refrigerator.

I bought 3 and they are great. Nice stainless appearance, but did take off one star because they show fingerprints more than I care for. They aren’t the worse I’ve seen by no means. The suction reviews are accurate. Trying to open the fridge will cause you to likely pull the unit from the wall. I avoid this by opening them from the top instead of the handle and others put them on a mat to prevent it. I figure over time the suction will reduce and be fine. This isn’t an issue big enough to stop me from buying again or recommending them because they really are nice and having more suction is better than not enough. I’m using one as an extra freezer and one as a refrigerator and gave one to my parents as a gift. They have done excellent either way you use them. The handle can be a little tricky to put on meaning you may have to use more force to the point you think you are about to break. I only had this problem with one out of 3. Overall I’m extremely happy and the delivery was perfect. I was worried about damage but not a flaw in the box and packaged very well. Not a dent or scratch one.

I have no complaints about this fridge/freezer!! I use it as a deep freezer in my garage. It has not been impacted by this Southern summer heat!

I love everything about this freezer (which can also be a complete refrigerator as well). It holds more than I anticipated (even though I saw it in the store first). It is silent and the storage on the door itself is even impressive. It has 2 crisper drawers on the bottom that I store any frozen items that can get damaged (bread, rolls). I didn't want to give it a review because due to Covid-19 there is a flaw that they cannot fix until this is over. The digital read out on the front of the door continually reads an error, therefore I need to open the freezer every day to make sure the temp is still at zero degrees. I'm sure the fix will be easy and quick.

Excellent quality. Enormity of space. Sturdy shelves and the best design for a second freezer. Quality product all around. I immediately sent my friend Paula to buy one and now she has the same. Perfect for storing extra and for those things that will not fit in your kitchen.

Great appliance. It can convert between a freezer and a refrigerator which makes it quite unique. We have used it so far as a freezer, but plan to buy a second one to use as a refrigerator.

The price point of the product was right for me. It was a replacement for my house. In fact it was more compact then my first freezer. I love it.

Love this freezer! Has great space to store leftovers, door seals very well to keep everything frozen. We especially love the 2 drawers at the bottom to keep specialty items organized, such as Christmas baking items.

Driver delivered a perfect product until the door was open and a glass shelf was shattered. Took a picture and left - I signed nothing and a month later I am still cleaning up glass and have no handle on my product. I was on the phone with Best Buy for over three hours just to get a shelf - :( Had I not needed the freezer for a whole processed beef I would have refused the delivery but the driver high tailed it out. Bad experience no effort on Best Buy to make it better - sad. Love the freezer/refrigerator!

What a nice surprise that the freezer can be used as a refrigerator as well. It’s huge inside. I love the glass racks. I love it and it looks good in the garage. Better than the side by side I had in there before. But the old side by side served it’s purpose.

I was lucky to find a freezer available and it is a good one. The delivery was flawless and I was contacted multiple times via email and call to ensure the delivery went smoothly. The freezer is very spacious and is everything you could want in an upright. Great product and service!

I am very satisfied with the look and quality of my freezer/fridge. I feel like this product was very worth the reasonable price that I paid.

So far, and it is still quite "young," the fridge (which is how I am using it in my carport) tracks the temperature exactly as set with no condensation or frost. It is a "little brother" clone to the larger freezer I bought, matches exactly, and is working like a charm.
