Our door handle broke within the first year, but it may possibly be user abuse as the freezer gets used frequently. Great size and would buy again.

I needed a spacious freezer. This was the one the Best Buy associate had recommended to me. I couldn't be happier. It holds cold temps very well within a garage. The shelving and their sizes fit my needs quite well. Surprisingly well priced for the quality of the product.

Works fine but it had a dent in the door when we took it out of the box. We didn't return it because it was the only one they had and our old freezer had quit and we had to have one.

I have had this unit for over a year and it has performed as expected. I have had chest style freezers in the past, and I enjoy the stand up style much more than the chest. Having shelves and door storage makes it much easier to organize and quicker to find what I’m looking for in the freezer. This unit can also work as a refrigerator, but I have only used it in freezer mode. I did have one issue with the door not closing properly, but I think I found the issue was the unit wasn’t level and we weren’t fully closing the door. Other than that one issue, this freezer has worked exactly as expected.

so much nicer than a chest freezer. easy setup. garage ready. it replaced a chest freezer which had stuff in the bottom we haven't seen for years.

I absolutely theses items i have 2 in my garage. I loved them so much i bought one for my daughters basement. They are versatile can be fridge or freezer whist is great because if your fridge goes out you dont have to rush to buy one.

Love it I have two…one is bigger and is in my garage as a freezer and a smaller one as a second fridge .

We recently bought this freezer and love it. It does not have ice build up like freezers we have bought in the past and I love that it can also be a refrigerator.

Great! The freezer is fantastic. The delivery guys were also amazing! We had to swap a defected one: and Best Buy was on it! Sent a same model no defect. The delivery guys I hope they get a bonus!
