It works exactly how I wanted. I'm happy that I went with this one that has the solid plastic shelves, instead of the other ones that have the wire racks. I use it to store mostly meat, and haven't had any issues, though I've only had it for about a month.

Best gift I've ever received. No more bending and wondering what's in the ziploc bag. I should have bought this years ago.

I can't even really figure out what is wrong because there's little-to-no helpful info about insignia units online, and literally *no one* will even come look at it because "I don't work on that brand"

Love that you can change between the two. Nice size, can fit quite a lot. Not to mention, these are very hard to find and it was delivered quickly and put into place in our garage.
