I wanted a non frost free Freezer but since this one is convertible we will use it until one of our refrigerators goes out and then we will get a new freezer and convert this on to a refrigerator.

I use them as an extra refrigerator at 34 degrees. They work perfect without issues. They’re quiet and keep the temperature at the set temp.

Good Product - Just what we needed and wanted

We previously had a deep chest freezer in our garage, but it was hard to get to the bottom. The product is as advertised and extactly what we needed and wanted. With an upright freezer, it is easy to organize and we are able to menu plan a lot better.

The first freezer was damaged when they opened the box. Reordered it and the driver called out on the delivery date. Set up a third delivery and was called the day before saying it was out of stock. Went to the local store and finally got hands on help from an assistant manager and it was delivered when he promised. I did receive a gift card for all of the issues, but still 4 times before I got my freezer.

Why Did I Wait So Long To Replace My Chest Freeze?

However, with this unit, you can see everything you have without going on a treasure hunt like the chest freezer. I was able to have a shelf for beef, pork, and chicken. Plenty of space. You still need to flatten whatever you’re freezing so it will stack. The shelves have no lip on them to keep food on the shelf.
