We bought it for our garage. They delivered it, and placed it where we wanted it, plugged it in and it was ready to use.

This freezer holds steadily at 0 degrees and has a very tight seal. Very easy to organize contents for efficient use of space. Great choice after reviewing several options for this type of freezer.

Followed directions for setup, and set the temp to 35 degrees. Within a week of ownership noticed contents didn’t feel cold. Added a wireless Bluetooth thermometer to monitor temp and discovered the temp was bouncing between 32 and 45 degrees. Contacted BestBuy and they sent a replacement. Replacement was doing the same thing so contacted BestBuy and asked for technician to come out. Was told that because the new unit was replacement, they wouldn’t send a tech and they would not refund my money.
