I bought the 17 Cu Ft unit to use as a refrigerator. The lowest refrigerator setting is 35 degrees. To test the internal temperature, while set on 35, I put two thermometers inside. One on the top shelf and one on the bottom. Each one reads 38 degrees after leaving the refrigerator door closed overnight, which is not cold enough IMHO. I would recommend as a freezer, but not as a refrigerator.

Has been running like a charm as a freezer since we purchased. Has great option or being a large refrigerator also. We can now see the products we have in our freezer instead of digging around in a dark cold box. Takes up the appropriate space in our garage. Neat and clean insides with classy brushed stainless steel. Great purchase so far.

The digital controls are easy to use. I am only using it as a freezer so I can’t report on how it functions as a refrigerator, but so far so good. I’d recommend it to anyone. Also I’m using it in the garage, which is not climate controlled and it has been fine since I’m within the normal use temps.

Love the shelving, side door storage and the baskets at the bottom. Another major plus... if I choose to not need extra room for items I freeze all I have to do is switch to refrigerator mode.

Great Freezer

I need to figure out if there is a way to lock the wheels or whatever is down there because it tends to move when i open the door especially if I open it twice in quick succession. When you open it the second time there is strong suction(like any freezer in my experience) so you have to pull harder and it tends to move. Im sure there is a way of counteracting that at least i hope so.
