Very pleased with the product. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating was due to the deliver people who delivered the product from Best Buy. They had one objective and one objective only--get the product dropped off and move on. When I asked a simple question about the freezer (leveling) they responded..."That is not part of the delivery. That would be an install. This is not an install." They then turned and walked away Not helpful in the least. And, not a good representative for Best Buy. Very disappointing.

The situation started rocky at first. I had the product for less than four hours and the glass shelf shattered all over my food. The store didn’t offer me reimbursement. However, I had a new one delivered within a week. So far everything works well.

This Insignia freezer is nice. Good space. Good lighting. I like it. Good quality and good temperature control.

Overall, very pleased with the function of this freezer/refrigerator in the 30 days since delivery. The quick freeze mode worked quickly to transfer food items before thawing out. NOTE: Write down serial# for freezer BEFORE installation and packing with food items! You will need this for registering product. (found out through customer service). The Model# is located on left outer, upper side of freezer. The Serial# should be located in an accessible place as well!

Great freezer and easy setup. Perfect for garage!!

My 17 year old garage freezer bit the dust. While keeping the door closed to keep the contents frozen, I went all over the place looking for a freezer that I could bring home that night. Found this Insignia convertible at Best Buy. Never had a convertible frig/freezer before, Picked it up from the Best Buy warehouse that night and had it set up within minutes. Been working great as a freezer for about a month now. Thermometer reads zero degrees (F) all the time.

Easy to set up and very spacious, it does works well and does not make noise.

Came with a dent told me I was getting a discount because it had a dent in it. Told me I would see the discount within seven days. It never showed up. Then it just automatically disappeared and they lied and saying that they never said that. Which I’m sorry, but I hate liars. It’s my biggest pet peeve is dealing with liars. Very disappointed, not only in Best Buy but the business that I was given because I have been a faithful customer which that will end today. This will be my last purchase because I’m very very disappointed in this company. I don’t like being lied to you.

perfect for our garage freezer! no issues with delivery. Fast!

Freezer is doing it's job very well. Not suing as a refrigerator but cool to have that option one day. Not a lot of door storage, but the shelves are deep and lower drawers are deep. Door storage is more for cans. We store four-packs of butter/small bags of veggies and they fit perfectly to give you and idea of the depth on the door. It can be a little tough to open for the first month or so but it keeps the little ones out without help so no biggie for us. Great purchase, highly recommend.

One option this does not have is the flexibility of having the door open both ways. It only comes with a right swing. I would have bought 2 if it had the option of a left swing.
