Early in ownership but appears to be nice quality freezer with great capacity for the price point. Using for extra storage in the garage so hopeful that cold temps are tolerated by this unit.

We bought this to replace our chest freezer in the garage a couple of months ago. Very easy to use. Seals are solid and no glitches yet. We have a 2 year warranty that came with our TotalTech membership so we are not too worried. The doors have good slots that hold quite a bit of items and it is nice we can use it as a refrigerator if we need to.

I would buy this again. Needed ice but can't hook up an ice maker, it's just not possible at this time. Love ice and as long long as you are on top of putting it in the freezer, it's great. Took some one else's advice and keep some ice in the water. This seems to help keep it colder. Usually have it set for large ice, so not totally sure how fast the small ones melt. The ice does seem to clump together, but it just makes me use more ice.

Everything stays frozen, so mission accomplished. The only negative is that the door is sometimes difficult to open. I need two hands most of the time... one to pull the door and one to hold the freezer so the entire thing doesn't move.

Freezes well holds plenty Looks great but the door is difficult to open which caused the door handle to disconnect or brake at the bottom I hope to have it fixed

This freezer is great, it seals nicely. Can convert to a fridge although I haven’t tried that feature out yet.

While searching all over for an upright freezer, Best Buy got this one in stock. I was a little apprehensive because I was not sure who manufactured it and I could not see it in person yet as the stores were still closed. So I took a chance and ordered it with an extended GeekSquad warranty, just in case. I can say that I was quite surprised when it was delivered and have been since. We have it in our garage, and it is doing a great job and looks good in the process!
