He took the time to make sure I knew how to take it off the cart properly so I didn’t hurt myself. I had to unbox and setup the freezer myself. It was easy and the directions were straight forward. The freezer works great. I haven’t used the refrigerator option yet but it is good to have it available.

Low power usage, half the power use of our old same size non-frost free freezer. Thoughtful, skilled, careful, friendly installers. Excellent value.

This is in what is called the "danger zone" for perishable food items (which is any temp between 40 and 140F), meaning thats the range for harmful bacteria that can make you sick to grow quickly. The fridge is ok to use as long as you manually set it to less than 40 degrees F but just be aware that the default is not safe and you'll have to change it yourself when you want to go from freeze to thaw instead of just pressing the fridge button.

Very easy to use. Seals are solid and no glitches yet. We have a 2 year warranty that came with our TotalTech membership so we are not too worried. The doors have good slots that hold quite a bit of items and it is nice we can use it as a refrigerator if we need to.

Love the shelving, side door storage and the baskets at the bottom. Another major plus... if I choose to not need extra room for items I freeze all I have to do is switch to refrigerator mode.
