Outside is made of thin metal. Easy to bend. The inside space and how it fits 12 and 24 soda packs is great!

I have only used it in freezer mode but I enjoy the convenience of this upright freezer instead of a chest freezer. Its great and the quick freeze feature is a welcomed surprise. There is lots of room for storage.

Might Freezer burn your food

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The way the frost free works on this one is it heats the inside up enough to melt the frost and then cools back down. It totally melted our popcicles everywhere and the ice cream was a brick halfway through the container, since it refroze after melting it several times. So if you have another place to put those items it would be best. I am not sure if it would cause freezer burn to the meat yet since we have not had it long enough to tell but it would seem that thawing the meat some then refreezing it would not be good in the long run. I would not buy if I knew how this feature worked before hand.

Versatile - great for garage

One we use as an extra fridge and one as a freezer. Love that they can be set to whatever temp you need so they can function as a fridge or freezer.

I’ve had it set at that since I bought it and have only seen it that low twice. Every time I check the temperature it’s 40-42 which is not cold enough. Customer service has been absolutely horrible and unhelpful. We’ve called at least 3 times and someone was suppose to contact us in regards to getting it serviced but has still not happened! Don’t buy it if you want the fridge option too

I live in Austin, Texas and found what I wanted in Victoria, Texas. I decided to pick it up there. The order was ready for me when I arrived at Best Buy in Victoria. It only took about 15 minutes to have it loaded into my truck! The sale was quick and efficient from beginning to end and I love my convertible freezer/refrigerator! Thank you, Best Buy!
