When the delivery guys came, I checked the door and had them balance it so I wouldn't have that issue. It can be hard to open, but that's because the seal is soooo good! This is great! I use it as a freezer and it's perfect! Nicely sized and holds everything I need. Delivery guys were great.

Has been working perfectly. Very happy with this purchase and looks great next to the matching Insignia secondary fridge of the same finish and height.

In my opinion there should be an option to switch the door from right to left. Not a maker break just something that's worth adding that I think a customer would pay for.

Like that it can't be changed from fridge to freezer accidentally. It takes a concerted effort Concerted but easy. Quality seems good, but did purchase an extended warranty.

I set it on -11but I put a freezer thermometer in it and it consistently keeps the temperature at -25 to -30 degrees. I love the glass shelves and the 2 drawers are great for storing bagged items.

We are using it as a refrigerator to store produce from our farm. It is very roomy with plenty of adjustable shelf space. The temperature display in the door is also a nice touch.

It does not.
