Awesome freezer! I have wanted a larger stand up freezer for a very long time and this one did not disappoint! It fits everything we need and looks great! I love the alert if it is left open. Great price!

We are using the Insignia 17 cu. ft. as a refrigerator and love it. It is big. Holds a lot. Very happy with it.

This is a great product for you home bc of its ability to be a freezer or a refrigerator. We have two of these and use both as freezers but will be adding a third to user a refrigerator. The only upgrade this product needs is the ability to swap the doors to open in different directions.

Keeps the food and drinks very cold. Spacious inside. Sometimes a little of a challenge to open.

So far so good. I have one as a freezer and one as a Fridge. Both have been working well, but the real test is if it can go a few years without breaking. I'll update the review in a couple of years :D

love this freezer. The upright didn’t makes it easy to find what I’m looking for. I bought some freezer baskets and organization is great! The beeping alarm it makes of left open is also useful.

So far so good. My only complaint, which isn't really a complaint, is that the seal is so good that when open the freezer and the whole thing moves. I need to get some shims to keep from moving. So, if my sarcasm wasn't picked up, the seal being so tight is a great thing.

I love this freezer. It is just the perfect size for us. I'm so glad that I found this freezer because no one absolutely no one had any freezers to be had. I'm very thankful that I thought to look at Best Buys and for them to have one for me to to purchase I was no total shock. Only freezer I could find of this size.

Beautiful, roomy unit, love the concept but the refrigerator did not cool. The lowest setting is 35° and the door temp stayed above 44, top shelf 42 and bottom back shelf 41. I thought it was a defect in the first fridge so I had it replaced.. nope.. second fridge was the same. Tried the freezer function and that seemed to work fine, but didn't need a freezer.... so returned the 2nd unit and bought something off the internet. Hopefully the manufacturers fix this issue as I would buy again if it worked!

Quiet, so spacious inside! Looks great in any space. Love it.

Would have been 5 stars but the first refrigerator they delivered had non negotiable cosmetics damage and when i called to get it replaced (because it was dropped off as is) i had to go through a streneous automation call peocess before you can talk to a person. Also they wanted detailed information (model and serial number off fridge) which made it harder to get a replacement scheduled while travelling away on business. Didnt understand why they didnt have that information from my order? Anyway after working through all that they replaced the damaged refrigerator a couple days later and took the bad one away. It works great for my needs im happy with it

Upgraded from a small chest freezer to this upright. Love being able to see everything easily. Have had for a few months now and is working great.

Larger than I expected, but so far it's great! Love the upright compared to the old chest freezer. Very easy to use and easy on the budget <3

The freezer works perfectly. The temperature display on the freezer door is very convenient. The only downside is that because of COVID-19, the delivery people dropped the freezer off in the garage, left the cardboard on it and left. They also were not allowed to remove the old broken freezer. This was, however, explained to us ahead of time.
