    Fine freezer .. nice having temperature monitor on door after previous freezer died and we didn’t find out till all the food thawed. Door seal Very tight, almost hard to open. One door shelf was defective..couldn’t hang on door. Could not get a replacement part. Best Buy sent a whole new freezer instead.

    One day after I bought it, It got an E7 error code. I purchased the extended warranty. I called to get it serviced and I was told I would need to bring in to the Best Buy store for all repairs and that it does not qualify for in home service even though in the terms it says that in home repairs cover major appliances. When you look this up on the website it is listed under "Major Appliances". I hope this helps someone else.

    Honestly I thought a freezer with plastic shelves?? But with limited supply of freezers out I thought I'd give it a try. So far I have not been disappointed at all. Only thing I will note is the door seals well so you have to pull to open but you know you have a good seal.
