Very happy with this purchase. Lots of room and side panel storage.

This is a great garage freezer. The only drawback is that the freezer has such a great seal that it is somewhat difficult to open the door without moving the freezer towards you.

So far so good. Had it set for freezer until the holidays and then switch to refrigerator for the leftovers.

New freezer to replace older freezer. This freezer offers alarm should door be left open. It is larger than our last one and has glass shelving which is nice. It has good suction, so I feel that the energy saver will be a bit better than the last one.

Same issue like many others, freezer died four months after the warranty ended.No high temperature alarm or anything, I had to discard couple of thousands worth of meat while I had had no ideea that the freezer broke.Customer service treated me like a child and gave me useless advice like make sure there is power in the outlet, make sure the temperature is set correctly, power cycle it(plug and unplug) No real desire to help! In the meantime I’m stuck with this $700 piece of junk which I don’t really know where to repair it while I’m in a rural area not too many repair shops around. Lesson learned, I’ll buy real brands for now on while I never had issues before ( I used to get Frigidaire)

Works great it cooled off to deep freeze mode within 6 hours which amazed me it normally takes 12 plus hours

Great freezer with plenty of space. So easy to set up and I Really like the alarm of the door isn't closed.

This freezer was purchased to replace our old one that had reached the end of its freezing capability. Fits the space well. Nice bright light to see what is inside. Seems like it will do a good job for what we need.

So far so good. We purchased 2 units. Using both as freezers. Both cooled down to -3 quickly and have not had any issues the first week. We missed the door was not reversible. Not a deal breaker, but wished we would have realized that. Might have looked at alternatives. Have not used as fridge yet.

Love these!! We bought two. One we use as a fridge. The other as a freezer. You literally can change the usage just by pressing a button.

We bought this freezer a month ago, to be able to store our food and last for a year, due to the virus crisis. The unit cools well, and doesn’t leak the air out. The space is large, you cannot tell from the outside. We are very happy with our purchase.

Not even two years old and top shelf freezes intermittently. Call for service? Forget about that: Best Buy won’t service it. Call a local appliance repair? Forget about that: they won’t work on it…why? Because it’s junk. So that’s $780 I’ll never get back. And I won’t buy from Best Buy either.

it looks great. We have had it for a month now. We are remodeling the kitchen, and the contractor turned the power off for a few minutes. We didn't notice, but the freezer did not come back on. We didn't notice for 4 days. We lost everything in the freezer. We plan to put the freezer on a apc to prevent a recurrance

Like this freezer but would possibly love it if I had some paper work to explain some of the features. A quick step up guide is not much help. I can figure out how to put on a door handle and plug it in all by myself.

Working great so far! temp. is accurate, door has a strong air-tight seal, and interior is very spacious. only complaint is that the glass shelves seem fragile, they're holding up fine so far, but I've would've prefered traditional wire shelves

So far so good but I’ve only owned it a month now. Adequate space for all my needs. Super cold on setting as i am using it as an extra freezer. The seal on this is super tight.

What a difference from a regular horizontal freezer to this upright position one! Loved! Plenty of space, really quick to freeze! In 5 hours was ready to move things from old freezer to this one!
