Call for service? Forget about that: Best Buy won’t service it. Call a local appliance repair? Forget about that: they won’t work on it…why? Because it’s junk. So that’s $780 I’ll never get back. And I won’t buy from Best Buy either.

It freezes items quickly and is very roomy. I do like that it has glass shelves and not wire shelves and the shelves in the door are great. I am very happy with this freezer.

Fits the space well. Nice bright light to see what is inside. Seems like it will do a good job for what we need.

This freezer offers alarm should door be left open. It is larger than our last one and has glass shelving which is nice. It has good suction, so I feel that the energy saver will be a bit better than the last one.

A quick step up guide is not much help. I can figure out how to put on a door handle and plug it in all by myself.

Both cooled down to -3 quickly and have not had any issues the first week. We missed the door was not reversible. Not a deal breaker, but wished we would have realized that. Might have looked at alternatives. Have not used as fridge yet.

Adequate space for all my needs. Super cold on setting as i am using it as an extra freezer. The seal on this is super tight.

We are remodeling the kitchen, and the contractor turned the power off for a few minutes. We didn't notice, but the freezer did not come back on. We didn't notice for 4 days. We lost everything in the freezer. We plan to put the freezer on a apc to prevent a recurrance

The unit cools well, and doesn’t leak the air out. The space is large, you cannot tell from the outside. We are very happy with our purchase.

Loved! Plenty of space, really quick to freeze! In 5 hours was ready to move things from old freezer to this one!
