Love this item, however the shelves are NOT adjustable. They are also not very “weight” friendly if used as a refrigerator. They sag when putting a case of water, beer bottles of cans of soda on there.

Love it has a lot of room love the two drawers at bottom a little small but works for seasoning it was preset for freezer which is what I ordered and can also be used as refrigerator it is beautiful love it

So far so good, bought 2 one for freezer and one for refrigerator both holding temps well.

Layout of the shelves is great and the door shelves work well. Is really helping us to stay organized.

I love the way it is easy to put away things and to make it either or freezer or fridge!

We needed a dependable upright freezer and we have not been disappointed. There is plenty of space and everything has worked well so far. This product was also very well priced compared to similar size models.

Love it I'm just having trouble with leveling the freezer. The legs are down as far as they can go.

We have been very pleased with the fridge freezer combo from Best Buy’s house brand! I realized after the fact that it’s produce from one of the big box labels under their brand and have been extremely pleased with the product!

This purchase was my second. I love this appliance. For this particularly freezer I am having trouble leveling the feet so that it calibrates properly. Otherwise, great buy. My first purchase I’ve had a few years now. No problems.

Just what we needed. Bright inside light. Tight seal, in fact you have to give it a good tug to open it. Only had it a couple of weeks but love it so far.

Pros: The freezer worked perfectly for almost two years, it failed just shy of the two year warranty so we are getting a replacement. The pro is that it failed within the warranty period. Cons: Very poor, customer service. Spoke with Susie and Mike ( I very seriously doubt that was their real name, no other way to identify them in a complaint.) According to Best Buy Geek Squad, this is consider a small appliance; therefore, you must return it to the store to be repaired. With freezer full of food, will take over 3 weeks to get it replaced; however, I could see that inventory existed online. Was told that may not be accurate I would have to go to the store to confirm, doesn't make sense Best Buy's technology should be able to give you up to date information. Nearest Best Buy over 35 miles away. Would I buy this product again? "No!" Very poor customer service, too long of a wait time for replacement Buyer beware. Oh, paying extra for added protections as a Total Tech member didn't seem to help, will not renew that coverage.

I got 2, use one as a fridge the other as a freezer. The shelves inside are roomy, but the doors don't hold much. You cannot plug 2 into the same standard wall outlet.

purchased the Insignia 17.0 Cu Ft Convertible Freezer/Refrigerator on line, very simple to do. Arranged for delivery and removal of old freezer. The delivery was ON TIME and the two men who delivered and set it up were exceptional!
