Great freezer! Easy to organize food and you don't have to bend over to reach anything!

Great size frost-free freezer with plenty of storage including in-door storage. The light inside makes it very easy to see everything and the light on the outer door helps you know it's running.

Haven’t had the unit very long yet, but no issues to report yet. I’m happy with my purchase so far. I bought because of the fridge/freezer functionality and because I know someone else has this unit and has worked well for them.

There should be a way to lock it in either mode, refrigerator or freezer so that people can't change it accidentally.

Great product. One small issue is the plastic on the top of the freezer for the door switch is a bit off, it does not click in correctly. Still working great though.

I did away with the chest freezer I had for some time. This upright freezer is just what I was looking for.

Great product sofar! Keeps temp great. Currently using as a deep freeze in garage. No issues so far. Love the Temp info on door. And lock feature is a safety plus too.

We added this to a similar unit we already had. The shelving in this is much better than the other one. It’s being used as a refrigerator currently.

Excellent freezer, works great and perfect for a new home

Great freezer for the money. We keep all of our meat and vegetables

The first one we had only lasted about a year and a half before it broke and would no longer freeze. We only have a new one because Best Buy wouldn’t service the old one and would only replace it (perhaps a known issue? I’m not sure). Customer service was an extremely frustrating experience, everything is centralized and you can’t talk to any local stores via phone call anymore. When you call customer service no one seems to know what is going on and honestly sounds like they’re just reading off a script so they just were not helpful and I unfortunately had to call multiple times. We needed another freezer immediately and it took Best Buy over a month to deliver the replacement so we ended up having to spend $700 on another freezer (not from Best Buy).

I was very pleased with the size and appearance of the product. It is easy to keep clean. Love the temperature display on the outside as well as the sound when opening the door. Great product!

I Love it the first one was severely damaged and it should have never been delivered however a week later I got my new one
