I have to pull back on the door considerably to open the door. I can hear it remove the air inside when i close it. Makes me keep good that i know my food is being protected. So far i have enjoyed the freezer/fridge very much.

Didn't realize it until my wife went out to grab some meat for dinner. Lost about 1/8th of beef and some stew meats and what not. Called the manufacturer (as stated on the warranty) and spent about 20 minutes on the phone with them, who ended up forwarding me on to Best Buy. ( I had read the manual and done everything they requested I do). Best Buy tried tried to forward me to the manufacturer, seeing as it was beyond their return/ replace after 15 days, until I pointed it was the manufacturer that transferred me to them. Best Buy was good after that point. Gave me about a quarter of what I lost in compensation in meat and offered to send out a replacement freezer. ( 30 more minutes) When you have a family to feed and you lose the means to do so, there are better freezers out there with more than a 15 day warranty with quarter compensation. I applaud Best Buy for upholding their end, which I appreciate, but could have bought something similar for a little more money without the hassle.

It Was Easy To Set Up- Level, Cool Down to Zero Degree, & Load. With the LED Light it is so Easy to Find Dinner. I Especially Like the Door Mounted Control Panel !
