Stainless freezers are hard to come by, so I sacrificed size for the stainless steel finish. Freezes quickly.

Called manufacturer who told me to return it. Best Buy customer service couldn't just order an exchange so I have to pack it back up and return it and order a new one meaning I had to pay for two of them while I wait for my return. Not to mention extra 1 hr round trips to return and pick up a new one. Complete headache. Won't order anything from Best Buy again.

I purchased this freezer and was impressed at first but 13 months later, just after the warranty expired, this unit stopped working. I had a service company try to come out and help fix it but they said it could not be repaired and would need to be replaced. I tried to speak with Best Buy to see if they could honor their name brand product and was told that they could try to repair it for a fee. In speaking with the repair technician they advised to go with a more reputable brand as Insignia does not stand by their brand and you will be left with a bunch of spoiled food!
