They unpacked the appliance from the box (awesome), and gladly tipped them for their service. The only thing I am a disappointed with is THEY DID NOT LEAVE THE OWNER'S MANUAL. They quick set up guide, yes. Owner's manual, no. I would like the owner's manual.

Said it was the compressor and the labor alone would be over $400 to fix it! Loved it while it worked!! Greatly disappointed in the longevity of this item

The seal's strength sometimes vary depending of the outside temperature, as the lower the temperature is inside causes the air inside to cause more suction. I'm sure with the time the seal will become easier to open. Better safe than sorry.

And so after the 3rd one being defective, we nailed it on the 4th one. So far its doing its job. It has plenty of space for what we needed.
