I have had it for less than 6 months. I have been purchasing meat weekly since I purchased this freezer. It has stopped working. I can get the freezer replaced, but the meat I will get no reimbursement for. This is one company that could care less about the hard-working people that purchase their products. So please don't waste your hard-earned money on a company that does not care about you.

I called to have the freezer serviced and I was told that it can’t be serviced by the geek squad and I was also told it is out of warranty so it cannot be serviced. I called an appliance repair company and they told me that they can’t parts for the freezer because it’s Best Buy exclusive appliance. I was on the phone with Best Buy for over two hours. So I couldn’t get the freezer service so I threw it out. Do not buy this freezer!!! Stay away!! Do not buy!!

We have had this one for a month and it seems to be working well. There is adequate shelf space for the items we want to freeze and we haven’t seen any freezer burn on any of the food.
