    I bought this fridge for work , a doctors office that needs the fridge to stay at a certain temperature , the temperature goes up and down even when no one has opened the door, how do I know this because we have a temperature logger, it has been a nightmare dealing with Bestbuy and the Insignia company no one wants to do anything to fix the problem even though I contacted them before it was 30 days from the day of delivery

    Nice cold freezer. Shelves are not very deep, I didn’t get as much food in it as I thought I would.

    Ordered may 28. Delivered June 4. Stopped freezing June 25. No longer in return window. Everything inside almost completely thawed out. Not very happy. Compressor is making noise, maybe there is a leak. I will try to get warranty assistance, but I am not sure how it will go. Even if it gets warrantied I think the rating stands.

    It's ok. Great storage. Squeaky doors. I bought 2, 1 for fridge, 1 for freezer. Both doors have had issues.

    This freezer worked well until it was exactly a year and a half and the compressor stopped working. We got a high temp alarm and the door and top shelf had thawed because it was 60 degrees in the freezer. Had two repairmen come out and it was going to be $703 to fix.

    Poor quality...regret buying in a COVID rush.

    The door has a bad seal...allowing moisture in and cold air out. Unable to get replacement seal from either the manufacturer per the warranty (not in stock) or Best Buy. I don't know how you put a product on the street that's not supportable but they did and it's a problem. Additionally, the door is not positioned securely in the support brackets and falls off every time I open the door. Owned it less than six months. Don't buy this.

    It worked for 14 months. It was stupid. I didn't buy the extended warranty and I lost my money. It's better to buy a recognized brand. Don't waste your money.

    Bought this is April 2022. Did not buy the extended warranty but wish now I would have. This has already stopped working. The outside monitor states it is in freezer mode, -4 degrees and door is closed. Well, it's a lie, I opened the door and all my contents were unthawed!!!!!!!! Compressor is out, but outside display states the freezer is working....Oh! and no one works on this brand of appliance. So, now 1 year later, I have to buy another new freezer.

    Ordered on Black Friday, still hasn’t been delivered. Set delivery for two weeks ago, was never notified about back order, truck never showed up sat at home for the entire 12hr delivery window. Called to speak with people and even drove 1hr back to store (nothing helpful) hopefully it gets delivered this week as I’ve had meat at the butcher 2weeks too long now. If you want good service, avoid Best Buy.

    This freezer froze food properly. But it showed an E6 error code after 2 days of operation. Best Buy replaced the freezer with one that is working fine AND showing no error code. It also picked up the first freezer with no inconvenience to us. Thank you, Best Buy,

    The door is too sticky. I've to apply extra force to open the door. I was disappointed by seeing my new refrigerator behaving like this. I called Best Buy and they replaced it (which took some time, I couldn't use my refrigerator until then). The replacement is also behaving the same way though. Also, the door handle is getting lose because of this extra force. Not much happy with it.
