Have only had this for about 2 weeks - so far so good. Delivery was Great! seems to be working find no problems at all.

Simply put this is one of the BEST convertible garage ready freezers in the market. The price and quality are the best or we would not have purchased this for our shore house garage. Do yourself a favor-stop looking and just buy this if you need a quality freezer!

Good afternoon My experience with the customer service and excellent the one I dealt with, but my satisfaction is with the fridge that the one I bought in March 20 22 and display was giving me six code when I contacted the customer service they gave me a part number to purchase when I try to purchase the part number they said it’s no longer available I was not happy with that especially when I bought two unit I use as a fridge and one as a freezer so I ended buying a complete whole unit to replace the old unit. Bring it to your attention. Thank you.

Love this freezer/ fridge combo! My mom had 2 so I decided I had to have one too! They are great, best price available anywhere!

I liked the first unit so well that I bought a second unit two weeks later. The value of the unit's value vs. cost is unmatched ( I researched for nearly a year) with its convertibility and other tools found in the temperature and settings window on the door.

Perfect size freezer for the Garage with an outside display thermometer on the door. Can regulate the temperature to be used as a Freezer or Refrigerator

Excellent customer service and delivery. Fridge is very efficient and very quiet. Very easy to program. I set it to 35 degrees F and the temperature is very stable. It is obvious that it is also well insulated.

We really enjoy having the option to choose between refrigerator and freezer for this unit. Gives us flexibility during parties, and family get togethers. We keep it in our garage and have had no problems with it been 1.5 years since purchase.

This is a great unit. I have a family of 5 with 3 hungry teenagers. I buy in bulk so this unit fits my needs perfectly. I bought the 17 cubic foot to use as a refrigerator and a 13.8 cubic foot as a freezer. For a total of 30.8 cubic feet. I would have loved to have the 21 cubic foot but it wasn't available and the spot for the freezer wasnt big enough for a bigger unit.

LOVE THIS! We use it as a fridge since we already had a full size freezer. It's kept in our garage, not problems on the heat causing issues with performance (we live in New Orleans). It was reasonably priced. The size is perfect! The only thing I wish was different was finding the availability on this product. It took daily checks on the app/website over 6+ months to finally find the product available in our area for delivery or pickup. Spoke with a wonderful sales associate at our local store who said it's all about luck and timing of deliveries. Our luck paid off and this bad buy is fully stocked with all our overflows from the inside fridge. Would buy again!!

Only had this for a month. Using it as a freezer. It works well. Everything is definitely very frozen. The door needs to be pushed closed completely, however, if for some reason you don’t close it completely, it will ding constantly until you figure out where the dinging is coming from and close it (annoying but great feature). I would recommend it. It’s got a clean appearance and the spacious room inside holds a lot of things of different shapes and sizes.

I bought this as a garage freezer. So far it has performed flawlessly. My wife finds it a little difficult to open the door. It takes a bit of a tug to get it open. I wish the shelves we’re adjustable, but the arrangement works ok. I put items in cardboard boxes on the shelves so they don’t all slide out when the door is opened. The shelves are glass. Would be better if they were made of a metal mesh, but since this can be used as a refrigerator as well, the shelves are acceptable.
